Working in this small Stage Management team, I will be working directly with the Stage Manager to ensure all materials are sourced for the construction of the set. I will also be liaising with artists and suppliers to ensure we have all the art materials ready for shoot.

I assisted the costume department for the new series' Titles and Idents. I prepped the costumes for the extras before the shoot and I was on standby to ensure everything ran smoothly and no costume continuity errors occurred on this COVID secure set.

As a costume assistant I sourced costumes, shopped for materials, returned unused clothing, as well as kept the costume department a clean and tidy place to work ready for the show days. For the live shows I was assigned a couple to dress and stitch, ensuring I was following all COVID safety procedures.

As assistant Stage manger it was up to me to liaise with our art materials supplier to ensure we have the correct quantities needed for our artists. I also helped to organise the collection and deliveries of submission portraits. On set I assisted with the moving of trolleys and easels for the sitter reveals and judging. I ensure that I am delicate when manoeuvring precious wet artwork, especially on an exterior location shoot with lots of wind!
NATIONAL TELEVISION AWARDS

For the lead up to the event I assistant the Event Managers by creating important documentation for the floor and camera teams as well as hand delivering invitations to the celebrity guests. On the night of the awards I helped with the overall production set up at the O2. Once live, I assisted the floor managers by ensuring the nominees were seated when they were needed for filming.

As my second year of costume runner I was not only able to continue my usual runner duties of shopping for materials, organising costumes and ordering couriers. I was also able to push myself further by looking after shoe requirements, helping with stitching talent into their costumes and helping with adding embellishment to costumes.

I liaised with the artists in order to provide the relevant art materials for the competition. I would also assist with moving easels and trolleys for the portrait reveal and would be on hand to replenish any art materials throughout the competition.

I looked after the talent every weekend throughout the series. I followed strict schedules to ensure the celebs and pros were where they needed to be at all times. I also assisted in the Art Department. Having worked with the team before, they contacted me to work extra days when the Art Department became busy during themed weeks.

As the Costume Department runner, I ensured I looked after the team by ordering couriers and taxis, buying and returning costumes, organising and tidying dressing rooms and handling receipts and expenses.

Over the duration of the live shows, I live logged for the VT team using Timecode+, assisted in the gallery as well as looked after contestants, taking them from A to B and ensuring they were happy.

For this production, I sourced, bought, and ordered props as well as made, altered and cleaned up the props once they had been used for filming.

I worked closely with the Art Director to assist with the buying, dressing and making of props. During the live shows I was on standby to assist the stage hands with any smaller props which needed to be taken on or off stage quickly. I was also trusted with the production car and credit card during the production to go out on last minute runs for materials.

I spent two days as an art department assistant for a new comedy taster for Tiger Aspect. I spent the time assisting the art director, set dressing, prepared the props for shoot as well as being on standby for when the props needed to be reset.

Runner
I spent a weekend as a day runner assisting with the open auditions tour in Cardiff. I looked after the contestants, guiding them through the audition process, ensuring all release forms had been signed. I also handled petty cash throughout the weekend and assisted the producers personally.

As a day runner for the BGT auditions tour in London, I assisted the producer's with the auditions, helping with set up and pack down of equipment as well as looking after contestants, ensuring all release forms have been signed and partaking in usual runner duties including handling petty cash.

I volunteered to assist with the outside broadcast for BBC Points West in Bristol. I met the contributors upon arrival and escorted them to the green room and OB sofa when required. I also assisted with the producer personally, fulfilling any tasks that needed to be met.
